"It's not always about earning more. It's about managing and stewarding what you have."
As a 20-year Army Veteran, I learned early what it means to lead diverse teams through uncertainty, pressure, and rapid change. The military didn’t just give me discipline. It gave me a deep appreciation for people: their resilience, their capacity to grow, and their need for leaders who show up with both strategy and humanity. I carry that into every engagement I lead today.
I am a certified Master Resilience Trainer, which means I’ve spent years teaching people how to bounce back from life’s hardships. Not just survive them, but grow through them. That philosophy sits at the core of everything Scarce to Secure does. Whether we’re working on executive leadership, HR infrastructure, or personal finances, the work is always about building something stronger on the other side.
With over 20 years of professional experience, including more than 15 years in senior leadership roles, I’ve served across some of the most complex and meaningful environments there are: corporate organizations, state government, faith-based institutions, nonprofits, and multi-entity enterprises. I’ve built HR departments from the ground up, led compliance efforts, redesigned onboarding systems, conducted workforce and compensation analyses, and served as a trusted advisor to executive teams navigating growth and transition.
My time working within faith-based organizations opened my eyes in a profound way. I saw leaders and servants who were giving everything they had to their congregations, their communities, and their callings, while quietly carrying the weight of financial stress and organizational gaps with no one in their corner. That experience deepened my mission. The people doing the most important work often have the least support. I want to change that.
At Scarce to Secure, I bring strategy, empathy, and clarity to every client relationship. I believe great leadership is both results-driven and deeply human. I believe every individual deserves a path out of the paycheck-to-paycheck cycle. And I believe that when people and organizations are truly supported, they don’t just survive. They thrive.
